Mutton Chops.

So Kevin's kids at school get pride cards (Reward for exemplary behavior). If they got one they would get to place a vote on how he would shave his facial hair once they reached their goal of 250. Well they reached that goal last week so tonight he was shaving away, the winner was Mutton Chops. It has to stay like that for one week.

Today I kind of got a lazy day. Kevin's dad was in town in the morning so we were able to spend time with him and that was nice. We all went to the downtown farmers market this morning. That was such a cool experience, it was my first time going and I had so much fun going I can't wait to go back again later this year. After he left his sister came up and we all had dinner together and then went to church. Then after church we went over to some of Kevin's friends house and had a bonfire.

Yesterday I had to go to Coach in West Des Moines to exchange yet again my earrings. This is the second time that I have had to do this because the stones keep falling out of them! Needless to say I did not get them again. I was so disappointed, I really did love them they were perfect for me. Just the right size and sparkle, that I need. I decided that I would get a new bag instead, and because I had a coupon (25% off for preferred customers) I got to get something else as well!!! So I went with a bag that I am now in love with. It is a lot smaller than most of my bags, and I think it will work out perfect for trip taking.  It hold just the stuff I need not all the “extras” that weight it down.

Grill Out.

Last Night Kevin and I had some of our friends over and we had a grill out! He did a wonderful job being a “grill master.” We had burgers, brats, fruit, brownies, chips, my home made queso, and of course adult drinks! It was a great night and we had a great time with our friends!

For my last purchase as a Target employee, Kevin and I bought a grill. I AM SO EXCITED! I cannot wait to have burgers, hot dogs etc. on it. However I never knew how LONG it would take to put together it seriously took FOREVER, and if you know me, I am NOT a patient person and since I was not allowed to really help it seemed to take even longer. It did get finished last night however, so thankful for my Kevin!

This was my job. I was to give him the hardware when he asked; I also took part in an Adult drink. I did an okay job at this. I only had one or two minor screw ups.

Soccer Girl.

The other night Kevin and I went to watch Addi Jo play some Soccer. Well as much soccer as you can with a bunch of four year olds. It was so much fun, her team had five people the other team had only three so they had to keep rotating them in and out so that everyone got fair playing time will the other team never got a break. Kevin got to play with Canon so that he wouldn’t cry since Kelly is the Assistant Coach.  After the game we all went out to dinner! It was so much fun to see them! Love them!
