July 4th

We got to spend July 4th in Independence, Iowa. They had some amazing fireworks. We are in town for a wedding the next day. It was great to see how they do the fire
works up big. It was a great show. We hope you all had a great 4th with your family and friends!!!

Campaign Run!

Kelly's husband Zach is running for the Iowa House. That means a campaign run! We have been helping out by doing parades with them, handing out candy, flyers and just getting Zach's name out in the public eye. We still have more parades to tackle in the upcoming summer and fall but we would not change it for anything. Fathers Day!

Tofay is Father's Day 2014. While I'm not with my dad I got to spend time with him yesterday. Melissa grilled out for us and we were able to enjoy each other's company. I have him the gift I got off Esty that I think he enjoyed very much. Overall it was a great day of family fun and relaxation. Hope my daddy knows how much I love him and how thankful I am to have him in my life!

Right now at work we have something going on in the service center that when you do something good for a policy holder or agent and make them feel like "the one" you go and take your photo with one of our VP.  Well we could not find him the other day so we had to kidnap him and we took our selfie. Just another day in the office!

Preschool Music

A few days ago we got to see Canon at his end of the year Music show. It was great to see little children in preschool getting up and performing.  Canon did a great job and of course I think he did the best! After it was done we all headed to Jethro's for a family dinner. It was great to have everyone and to enjoy company. Going to miss the munchkins over the summer!

 

Pool Party!!!

Yesterday we all got together at Dad and Melissa's for a Pool Party and hang out with family to start the summer off right. We had great food, played hide and seek, the ice cream truck stopped by, and a water balloon fight! It was night that we were almost all there and to see the kids spending time together, laughing and squealing with delight.

Addi Date.

For Addi's Birthday we told her we would take her to Glazed Expression to paint some pottery since she loves art! It was a great hit. She had so much fun and can't wait to take her back.
