Dinner out!

Tonight we were able to go out to dinner with our long time family friends the Sweet family. We have been family friends for as long as I can remember. It's so nice that our once little gathering has grown as each of our family's have gotten bigger over the years. It's always so much fun to see them and hang out with them. Holiday Parties!

Tonight we were invited to some holiday parties with our friends. It was a great time to just see old friends and just hang out and enjoy the time together! PS yes, i am wearing festive socks!

I'm a little stressed out with everything we need to get done before the holidays in the next week and what comes to work today to bring a smile to my face to tell me he loves me, some amazing flowers. Love him so much he is amazing I sure am lucky!

White Wall.

So I have this large wall that goes from the living room to the second floor that back in Febuary Kevin and I bought 20+ frames to be hung on the wall. Well they have been just sitting and collecting dust, so finally this weekend we found the time to get them put up and I must say Kevin did an AMAZING job and I LOVE it, the wall turned out amazing! I could not be happier!!

Thanksgiving in West Union!

I know this is a little late BUT a little late is better than never! The weekend after Thanksgiving we went up to West Union which is an hour NE of Waterloo, where Kevin's grandmother lives. We had a wonderful time and it was great to see his family.  The best part was that they also celebrate their Christmas at that time and guess who got to be Santa...

... Yep you guessed it KEVIN!

It's being to look a lot like Christmas!!!

So for any of you that do not know Christmas is one, if not my favorite holiday. I love being able to hang out with family, and remember the real meaning of Christmas. Kevin and I got all of the things up around the house this weekend and it looks wonderful.  He is amazing.

Tomato Cages Christmas Trees!

So I found another idea off my favorite web page! You need just Tomato Cages and Lights!! They turned out great!

The lights that we used, they worked out perfect!
