Northwest MO State Commencement 2013

Today was also a big day for my little sister. She was walking at Northwest Missouri State University and it was also her Commencement weekend. She was also very lucky to have most of the family present for her special time as well. I wish her all the best, lots of love and support for her! I am very proud sister of her!

DMACC Commencement 2013

As most of you know I have been fighting with the idea of going back to school. I finally went back this past summer to get my Business AA degree I will have it done after I take two summer class. At DMACC anyone that will finish this summer however walks in the Spring ceremony. It was this past week and I was lucky enough to have both members of my family to come and watch me and support me! I will have more photos to   come but I have the following to share with you all as of now!

I got flowers from my amazing Kevin, the puppy from Erin, my tassel that was on my Cap.

I-35 Bridge

As most of you know if you watch the news in Des Moines their was a bridge that was hit and had to be taken down so that it would not hurt any one before the lanes could open back up on I-35.  Well this weekend Kevin and I were on that part of the road and let me tell you it was a very odd looking sight. I just had to take a photo to show you all. You look up and all of the sudden the bridge just stops, you can go no more. Kind of odd I would guess if you were from out of town. I hope they are able to get it fixed soon for the people that live by it and that I'm glad that no one was hurt!
